Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you love your Livia Atelier purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Return and Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, item(s) must:
* Be returned within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty items.
* Be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
* Have all original tags and the Livia Atelier ribbon securely attached.
* Be returned in the original packaging.
* Be free from dirt, dust, hair, makeup stains and other marks.
* Be free from fragrances and foreign odours, including perfume, deodorant and smoke.
Items with removed tags or ribbons, or items that appear worn, washed, altered or damaged, cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Returns that do not meet the above requirements may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
Return and Exchange Shipping
A shipping fee of AED 22 applies to returns and exchanges.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty, damaged upon arrival or incorrect.
For exchanges, replacement items are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another available item or request a refund in accordance with this policy.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel and include your order number along with clear photographs of the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged upon arrival or incorrect, the return shipping fee will be waived.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the online card purchase. Proof of purchase or the original receipt must be provided, and the merchandise must be returned in its original condition.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed promptly; however, the time required for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank or card provider.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within the 7-day return period and provide your order number and reason for the request. Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.
